# `ID Allocator`
+ Generate the unique `ID` for various purposes
  + `Store ID` for the newly added `TiKV` node
  + `Region ID` for the newly `split/merged` region
  + `Peer ID` for the newly created replica
+ Allocate a batch of the `IDs`:
  + Once the previous `leader` steps down, the new `leader` will start from the last allocated `range` by reading the `etcd`
