+ **_In 3-replica-config `TiKV` cluster, will the system be available as long as the majority nodes are alive?_**
  + When one `TiKV` node fails, all the `Regions` it holds lost 1 `Raft peer` at the same time
  + Then if another `TiKV` node with certain replicas of the same `Regions` also fails, those `Regions` lost 2 `Raft peers` will be unavailable
