# Analysis of Write Bottleneck (2/6)

+ Is the load balanced? If not, this means that a write hotspot issue occurs.
  + Is the raftstore thread load balanced among various TiKV instances?
  + Is the apply thread load balanced among various TiKV instances?
+ Are the raftstore and apply threads fully occupied? 


Don’t add machines immediately. Try to fully utilize existing resources.
