# AI Triage v1 Task Progress

> Superseded by the persistent polling monitor tracked in
> `docs/specs/ai-triage-monitor/impl_details/task_progress.md`. This table is
> retained as the delivery record for the original dispatch-and-wait version.

| Task | Status | Evidence |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Requirements and design | Complete | `requirements.md`, `design.md` |
| Configuration and models | Complete | Strict TOML, all-task pre-resolution, credential input enforcement, config tests |
| GitHub Actions client | Complete | Exact run polling, safe legacy discovery, bounded redirect-safe job logs, client tests |
| Redaction and evidence parsing | Complete | Snake/camel/prefixed credential tests and scenario/infra fixtures |
| ACP and triage policy | Complete | Locked-down ACP process group, strict JSON/gate/fallback tests, bounded combined prompt |
| Feishu and reports | Complete | Conclusion and failure evidence notifications; redacted atomic JSON/Markdown |
| Orchestration and CLI | Complete | Success/failure/timeout/operational report tests and exit-code contract |
| GHA integration and documentation | Complete | Disabled task, repository gate, pinned actions, runner/preflight docs, dry-run default |
| Final review and verification | Complete | Three review rounds; 75 tests and final checks recorded in `implementation_effect.md` |

## Stop condition

The task is complete only when all functional code is covered by local unit tests, the complete test/static verification suite passes freshly, documentation explains setup and remaining operator decisions, and no EC2 or live downstream workflow has been changed or triggered.
