This tree owns the TPC-E securities catalog, schema adapter, transaction
catalog, query evidence, validators, materializer, and runtime model.

The catalog target is 33 tables. `trade_request` remains the explicit empty
prepare table and still counts as a created and reported catalog table. Do not
shrink the catalog back to a reduced projection.

The transaction catalog must cover all 126 frozen statement ids. Missing
securities statements must be explicit blockers; do not hide them behind review
SQL, generic row counts, or no-op SQL.

When changing securities logic, preserve actor ownership across CE,
BrokerageHouse/SUT, MEE, DM, and TradeCleanup. The runtime must remain one
global securities world even when pressure nodes are horizontally partitioned.

Hotspot simulation is a securities workload-profile concern. Implement it by
changing profile-driven lineage selection and evidence reporting, not by
hardcoding SQL predicates or bypassing transaction catalog semantics. Canonical
profile behavior must remain unchanged unless the frozen design is reopened.

Run `go test ./industries/securities/...` for securities changes. If the change
touches runtime SQL or execution evidence, also run the relevant
`core/execution` or `projections/tidb` tests.
