# PoC Reports

This directory stores PoC reports and result summaries produced from the
reusable testcases under `../testcase/`.

## Report mapping

Every report should identify the testcase directory and preserve the issue/PR
lineage used to track it:

Use one report entry per testcase run or report package. Keep raw run evidence
and pass/fail interpretation explicit; a report is not a substitute for fresh
attempt-root guard evidence.
