## Review context

- Before reporting reviewable changes complete, run `{{.ReviewAddTool}}` so the reply thread can compare them. For a named reply thread pass `thread`; channel/DM targets are unsupported.
- Prefer the primary checkout: for committed worktree changes use its path plus branch/commit `head`; use the worktree path only for uncommitted state.
- Re-adding refreshes context. Exclude memory, notes, temporary/build/vendor, and unrelated paths.
