# Share a Knowledge Q&A Answer

You can send one completed Knowledge Q&A answer to someone outside its source
workspace without sharing the workspace or knowledge base itself.

## Create a Share Link

1. Open the Knowledge Q&A thread that contains the completed answer.
2. Select **Share answer** below that answer.
3. Copy the link and send it to the recipient.

Only completed answers can be shared. Creating another link for the same answer
invalidates its earlier invitation link. People who already opened an earlier
link with their AgentTeam account keep access.

## Open a Shared Answer

The recipient must sign in to AgentTeam and complete any identity verification that
the deployment requires. After signing in and choosing a workspace, AgentTeam opens
the answer directly and adds it to **Shared with me** in the left sidebar.

The recipient does not need to belong to the source workspace or organization.
Later visits must use the same AgentTeam account that first opened the invitation.

## What the Link Shares

The shared view contains only:

- the question
- the completed answer
- the sharer's display name
- the share time

It does not share the conversation, other turns, knowledge bases, repository
access, citation records, model settings, or runtime details. Verified evidence
markers can be opened in a right sidebar. AgentTeam checks the recipient's current
access each time: recipients with source access see the exact source-code
excerpt and can jump to its repository page; other recipients see only the
bounded **Restricted** evidence excerpt used by the answer. A shared answer
never grants repository access.

## If the Answer Is Unavailable

A link can be unavailable when it is malformed, was replaced by a newer link,
the source answer was deleted, or the current account has not opened that
invitation. Ask the owner for a new link, then open it with the AgentTeam account you
want to keep using.
