This README lists canonical specs for the `im` domain in recommended reading order.

## Target-state assumptions

- Specs in this directory describe the greenfield target state for AgentTeam IM, not a compatibility or migration contract.
- New IM APIs are organized under `agentteam-server` with workspace-prefixed routes: `/api/v1/workspaces/:workspaceId/...`.
- The realtime channel is WebSocket-only: `WS /api/v1/workspaces/:workspaceId/events/stream`.
- Snapshot, history pagination, mutations, scopes, messages, and conversations are ordinary HTTP APIs.
- Legacy API compatibility layers and SSE fallback are explicitly outside the target-state design scope.
