## Bounded problem

APID-29194 supplied `gosaas02` as its exact Wetech cluster target. The bundled
inventory contained the canonical `SaaS02` entry and its full Dashboard proxy
name, but not this business alias. The readiness helper therefore returned
`unknown cluster alias` before browser authentication, datasource discovery,
or Provider execution; the runner consequently had no `targetReference`.

## Candidate change

- Store `gosaas02` as an explicit alternate alias on the existing
  `asia-prod/SaaS02` entry.
- Resolve canonical and alternate aliases with the same normalization and
  region filter.
- Preserve exact Dashboard-name handling, the default `asia-prod` behavior,
  unique-match validation, and cross-region fail-closed behavior.

## Verification evidence

APID-29194 replay `2c8613cb-3174-40f5-b720-96a2fb61a8b5` completed live
