Status: withdrawn.

This note described the removed proof-runner smoke stage. Use product-specific
reviewed train scripts, `cp9 status`, and destroy/cleanup artifacts for PR
handoff confidence instead. Do not add new instructions that invoke a proof
runner for smoke collection.
