# Retire starter-full As User-Facing Route

The first Starter-to-Premium import PR should stop routing new Starter/Essential v1 proof work through `persona-starter-full-aws` and instead route it through `premium-full`, Starter substrate activation, and the separated `starter-openapi` skill entry. The committed `starter-full` files remain temporarily as migration inventory and compatibility material until the merged Premium path is green, rather than being deleted in the same cut.
