# Use Shared Real Account Service For Starter

Imported Starter/Essential v1 in the merged Premium runtime must use the same real `premium-account-svc` account service as Premium-family and Dedicated paths. It must not carry forward the standalone `account-local-stub` dependency from the retired `starter-full` persona.

This matches staging: product handlers call the account API through one shared account service rather than each product surface running its own account stub. Dedicated removal of `dedicated-account-stub` is handled by the Dedicated migration track; the Starter import must make the same ownership choice for Starter-specific wiring.

The implementation should migrate any Starter account and ACL calls that previously pointed at `account-local-stub` to the shared real account service endpoint. If a method appears missing or behavior differs, that is evidence to validate or seed the real account service contract, not a reason to add another Starter-local account fake.

This decision keeps the merged Premium runtime closer to staging and prevents the Starter proof from passing through a local-only account shortcut that production-like Premium, Dedicated, and Starter traffic do not use.
