# cp9 App-Delivery Inputs

This directory is a cp9-owned, Argo-style input root for persona development.
It borrows the Application/ApplicationSet model from app-delivery, but it is not
a mirror of the app-delivery repository layout.

Layout contract:

- `registry/`: shared service registry files.
- `base/`: shared service bases.
- `charts/`: shared local Helm chart mirrors used by cp9 rendering.
- `envs/<persona>/`: the dedicated environment for one persona.

`envs/premium/<service>/` is the shared Premium app-delivery base inherited by
the active `dev-full` persona env. Future personas should add sibling env
directories and reuse the same registry/base/chart inputs where possible.
