These definitions come from
`tidbcloud/infra-provider@7c3a03e3a447ebdbe649965a38eeab7fb7307252`, matching
the Dedicated service source line pinned by `dev-full`. They are installed only
in the embedded Dedicated API; Premium TiCDC definitions stay in the host API.
