Monitors Docker container health status for all OpenClaw containers.

## Description

Runs every 30 minutes to check if all OpenClaw Docker containers are running. If any container is down, sends alert to the Feishu monitoring group.

## Cron Schedule

`*/30 * * * *` (every 30 minutes)
