# Knowledge Base

Operational knowledge accumulation for the AI agent team. All files are in English.

## Structure

| File | Description |
|------|-------------|
| `debugging.md` | Known issues, error patterns, and their fixes |
| `workflow.md` | Standard operating procedures, crontab architecture, Git workflow |
| `team-context.md` | Team members, container inventory, important paths |

## Purpose

This knowledge base exists to:
1. Avoid repeating the same debugging mistakes
2. Preserve operational patterns and lessons learned
3. Enable fast onboarding for new scenarios

## Update Triggers

**Trigger A: Problem Solved → Log Immediately**
After any non-trivial fix, add an entry to `debugging.md` right away.

**Trigger B: Weekly Review (Automated)**
`cronjobs/team-admin/weekly-knowledge-review/` runs every Sunday at 22:00. It checks if any `knowledge/` files were updated in the past week. If not, it alerts Wang Bing.

## Contribution Rules

- **Language**: All content must be in English
- **Format**: Use the entry template below
- **Source**: Tag the source file where the knowledge came from
- **After updating**: Commit and PR via the standard workflow

### Entry Template

## Lookup Rule (MANDATORY)

When encountering any of the following situations, **search `knowledge/` before acting**:

1. Repeated errors or error messages you've seen before
2. Container rebuild, permission changes, or config edits
3. Stuck for more than 2 minutes on a problem
4. After solving anything non-trivial (add to `debugging.md` immediately)
