# TiDB Cloud Support

TiDB Cloud offers support services to your organization. To contact our support team, perform the following steps:

1. Click **Support** on the upper right of the top navigation bar, and click **Contact Support**. The [customer support page](https://support.pingcap.com/) opens.

2. **Sign in** with your TiDB Cloud account.

3. Click **Submit a request** to submit your requests. The support team will reply within 24 hours.

4. Click **View my requests** to view your request history and communication records. You can continue to communicate with the support team before the request is closed.
