* aws provider = ">=3.0.0"

* vpc
* s3Bucket
* KMS key
* IAM roles
* IAM 

###### terraform commands

terraform init
terraform plan       
terraform apply
```
* Note
`terraform plan` and `terraform apply` will prompt for account number

terraform plan 
var.PingCAP
  PingCAP aws account ID

`terraform plan` will create a `terraform.tfstate` file which needs to be saved to keep track of resource metadata
