1. Apply the provider type and the provider spec to the infra cluster.

kubectl apply -f provider-type-eks.yaml
kubectl apply -f provider-eks.yaml
```

2. Apply the network to the infra cluster.

```bash
kubectl apply -f eks-network.yaml
```

3. Apply the cluster to the infra cluster.

```bash
kubectl apply -f eks-cluster.yaml
```

4. Run the EKS provider binary.

```bash
KUBECONFIG=infra.kubeconfig bin/eks-provider --root-config config.yaml --base-kubeconfig base.kubeconfig --namespace ${NAMESPACE}
```
