Currently, the repo manages the following projects:
- The deployment of infra apiserver, infra etcd, crossplane provider-aws, and crossplane provider-gcp, let's just call them Infra API.
- Multi-Account Management

##  GitHub Actions

There are several GitHub Actions in the repo can help this by automation:
- Set the secert config of Pulumi
- Bump the image tag of components
- Bump the version of Infra API provider
