## Sync go mod

tidbcloud/infra observability controller depends on tidbcloud/dbaas libraries. dbaas is a private golang project, you need to configure some additional environment variables.

## Update observability docker image version

When any non document code changes in `observability` (expect `observability/build`) and `deploy/monitoring/manifest/(loki-stack|dashboard|eventrouter)` folders, we need to re-build the observability controller docker image, it is obvious that changing the image version is necessary.

To change the image version, you can manually modify the following 2 files:

- `observability/build/build.sh`
- `deploy/monitoring/observability.ts`

Or you can modify the above 2 files automatically by running the following command:

```shell
$ ./observability/build/gen_ob_version.sh
```

In default, `gen_ob_version` only modify the above 2 files when related code changes, if you want to modify the image version whatever, you can run it by adding `force` parameter.

```shell
$ ./observability/build/gen_ob_version.sh force
```
