# Studio Plan B: Remove Quick Links From Diagnosis Report

## Summary

Remove the low-value global Quick Links group and its global data path from the
Studio diagnosis report. Keep links attached to concrete evidence entries where
they help trace a metric, query, or log back to Clinic/Grafana.

This plan only changes global links. It does not change Key Evidence grouping,
Studio layout width, metric chart grouping, or metric entry link generation.

## Key Changes

- Remove `collect_evidence.py` generation of the top-level `links` object.
- Remove `evidence/links.json` as a sidecar file.
- Remove `links` from `diagnosis_report.json`,
  `evidence_summary_for_agent.json`, and run manifests.
- Remove the bottom `Quick Links` card from `DiagnosisReport`.
- Preserve entry-level links for metrics, queries, and logs.

## Test Plan

- Generate a diagnosis report; verify it does not contain top-level `links`.
- Verify `evidence_summary_for_agent.json` and run manifests do not contain
  global links paths.
- Verify metric, query, and log entry links still render and open correctly.
- Confirm old reports with `links` do not throw rendering errors.

## Assumptions

- Global links are redundant once evidence entries carry concrete links.
- Debugging should use concrete evidence entry links instead of a global links
  sidecar.
