# Use Investibook from Feishu

`investibook-bot` is a Feishu bot that lets you reach the same investigation
agent from chat — no browser, no terminal.

## Supported scenarios

### Direct chat with the bot

Send messages directly to `investibook-bot`.

### Group chat

Add the bot to a group chat. You'll need to `@investibook-bot` to trigger it.

### Topics

The bot can be addressed inside topic threads.

### Comments under topics

You can also use the bot in comment threads beneath a topic.

## How to trigger the bot

- **Direct chat**: send a message — the bot replies automatically.
- **Any other chat (group, topic, comment)**: prefix your message with
  `@investibook-bot`.

## Tips

- Bind a workspace by mentioning the case ID; the bot will create or open
  the matching workspace for the conversation.
- You can ask the bot for screenshots, PromQL queries, or skill invocations
  exactly as you would in the web chat.
- Replies stay in the chat where you started — they don't get duplicated to
  the web UI.
