# Ask channel

If you have a question Investibook itself can't answer, the team runs an
**Ask channel** in Feishu where engineers help each other and surface bugs.

## When to post

- The agent's answer doesn't match what you see in the cluster.
- A skill is missing trigger phrases you'd expect.
- A report or piece of key evidence looks wrong, and you have data showing it.
- You'd like a new skill or integration considered.

## How to post well

- **Include the workspace URL.** Shared workspaces are read-only and let the
  team see exactly what you were looking at.
- **Quote the chat turn** that surprised you, not the whole transcript.
- **Say what you expected** vs. what happened.
