`docs/` is organized into 6 categories:

- `spec/`: curated feature bundles organized around one change area; each bundle may contain top-level feature docs plus local `check/` and `release/` subdirectories
- `design/`: design proposals, architecture notes, implementation plans
- `test/`: test plans, validation guides, baseline tables, report templates
- `release/`: rollout plans, risk mitigation, change checklists
- `reference/`: metrics and export reference
- `operations/`: internal operational guides and CLI management docs

The repository keeps English-only documentation in this directory.
