# Prod Existing Pipeline Image Rollout (Brief)

Date: 2026-05-22 (Fri Night, CST)
Workflow: `Prod Rollout Existing Pipeline Image`

## 1) 目标
- 更新所有存量 pipeline collector 镜像（仅已有 deployment）。
- AWS 的 `ap-northeast-1` 最后发布。

## 2) 发布前准备
- `image_tag`: <TO_FILL>
- 回滚 tag: <TO_FILL_PREV_TAG>
- 确认 workflow 在 main 可触发、无并发发布任务。

## 3) 执行顺序

### A. 先 dry-run（全量）
- `env=prod, cloud=all, region=all, apply=false`
- 预期：只出报告，不改集群。

### B. apply（分批） 
1. `cloud=gcp, region=all, apply=true`
2. `cloud=azure, region=all, apply=true`
3. `cloud=alicloud, region=all, apply=true`
4. AWS 按 region 逐个发布（不要 `region=all`）：
   - ap-southeast-3
   - ap-northeast-2
   - ap-south-1
   - ap-southeast-1
   - eu-central-1
   - us-east-1
   - us-west-2
   - ap-southeast-5
   - ap-east-1
   - eu-west-1
   - af-south-1
   - ap-northeast-3
   - ap-southeast-2
   - ap-southeast-7
   - sa-east-1
   - us-east-2
   - ap-northeast-1  (LAST)

## 4) 每次 run 的通过标准
- workflow 成功
- 对应 `rollout-report-<cloud>-<region>` artifact 已产出
- 无关键失败（有失败先停，排查后再继续）

## 5) 回滚
- 用同样选择器重跑一遍：
  - `image_tag=<TO_FILL_PREV_TAG>`
  - `apply=true`
- AWS 仍按上面 region 顺序逐个回滚。

## 6) 记录（执行时填写）
- dry-run: <URL>
- gcp apply: <URL>
- azure apply: <URL>
- alicloud apply: <URL>
- aws ap-southeast-3 ... ap-northeast-1: <URLs>
