It has been re-checked against the current branch code under `pipeline/internal/datasource/central_thanos/`.

## Summary

### Datadog

- The current branch no longer drops `tidb_cloud.node_cpu_seconds_total_rate`; `release/20260320` drops that metric in vector.
- Other Dedicated output details in `01` align with the `release/20260320` baseline in `02`.

### NewRelic

- No Dedicated output difference is identified.
- `tidb_cloud.node_cpu_seconds_total` is dropped by vector in both versions.

### Prometheus

- No Dedicated output difference is identified.

## Conclusion

- The remaining Dedicated output difference is Datadog retaining `tidb_cloud.node_cpu_seconds_total_rate`.
- Prometheus and NewRelic Dedicated outputs are aligned with `release/20260320`.
- For metric-by-metric labels and promql details, refer to `01` and `02`.
