# Skill Evolution Policy

The `tikv-slow-diagnosis` evaluator definition layer now lives under:

- `evaluation/README.md`
- `evaluation/PROFILE.md`
- `evaluation/CASE_SCHEMA.md`
- `evaluation/MISMATCH_TYPES.md`
- `evaluation/PROMOTION_POLICY.md`

Use those files as the maintainer handoff from `oncall-toolkit evaluate
tikv-slow` into future `tikv-slow-diagnosis` updates.

This reference file remains only as a lightweight pointer so the runtime skill
can keep evaluator ownership visible without embedding evaluator policy into the
main diagnosis flow.
