- Operations:

```bash
# take a backup of current tc
kubectl get tc -n $NS -o yaml > tc_backup.yaml
# edit target tidbcluster resource, set `alter-primary-key` in `.spec.tidb.config` to true
kubectl edit tc -n $NS
# wait the upgrade complete
kubectl get po -n $NS --watch

```
- Impact: tidb-servers will be rolling restarted and alter-primary-key will be enabled
- Recovery Operation: apply the `tc_backup.yaml` back to the cluster
- Time window: Mar 12, 9:30 ~ 10:00 CST
