- Cause: Help customer to improve data import performance
- Operation:

```bash
# take a backup of current tc
kubectl get tc -n ${NS} -o yaml > tc_backup.yaml

# edit target tidbcluster resource, alter `apply-pool-size` to 2
kubectl edit -n ${NS} tc

# wait the upgrade complete
kubectl get po -n ${NS} --watch
```

- Impact: The tikv-servers will be rolling-restarted and use new config
- Recovery Operation: apply the `tc_backup.yaml` back to the cluste
- Time window: 15:05~15:15 CST, Mar 15, 2021
