- Cause: The VPN is not stable for tech support team
- Operation: Change WAF ACL rules from block to allow.
- Impact: The support team does not have to access management portal via VPN. Note the portal is already protected by limited Email account, so this does not have security risk in general
- Recovery operation: Change the ACL rules from allow to block
- Time window: 2021-04-12 12:50 ~ 12:57
