- Operation:

Execute the following SQL command on metadb
``` sql
select * from dbaas.tenants where id = 1;
update dbaas.tenants set plan="poc",bind_credit_card_at=NULL where id=1;
```

- Impact:
The management portal tenant's credit card will be unbound

- Recovery operation:

``` sql
update dbaas.tenants set plan="on_demand",bind_credit_card_at='2021-04-07 15:27:10' where id=1;
```

- Time window:
2021-07-16 17:20~18:00 CST
