# CP9 Topology Construction

This directory contains the product requirement, related task notes, and implementation design for building the API-level service topology used by `cp9 up`.

## Intended Scripts

The PRD names these construction scripts as the implementation surface:

- `build-coverage-matrix.py`
- `build-name-map.py`
- `assemble-topology.py`
- `query-topology.py`
- `detect-stale.sh`
- `rescan-stale.py`

The implementation design keeps these scripts under `construction/cp9/` unless the project later decides to promote shared utilities to the parent `construction/` directory.
