The final self-review also preserved the runtime split between cmd/server manual worker-trigger routes and cmd/worker scheduler-only behavior, kept openapi-only bills/billsDetails/billsCostExplorer routes under /v1beta1 instead of inventing /api/v1/billing variants, and confirmed that inner runtime only exposes sku_groups, units, org-scoped measures POST, and ar_tables trigger rather than the old legacy GET leftovers. A follow-up outward-expansion pass for tidb-management-service root-call-graph work then tightened the GET /api/v1/billing/tenants/:tenant_id/plans edge so it now points to the canonical remote account node AccountAPIService.GetOrgByID with the correct gRPC-unary protocol, matching the actual centralhandler.GetTenant implementation. A later meta-validation pass also corrected the runtime roles: cmd/worker and cmd/stress are long-running worker-style listeners, not primary user-facing services.",
