## What Happening
用户手动创建的 backup 任务执行失败，backup pod 创建成功了，但是执行过程中因为一些异常原因导致失败退出。

> 实现细节: central 会不断 watch backup 的执行状态，当发现 backup 的状态为 failed 会更新到 central 的数据库中
